Providing equity capital for joint venture developments, property acquisitions and recapitalizations in the United States BVT provides a continuing source of investment capital across multiple sectors of the US commercial real estate markets. We partner with experienced developers to create high-quality retail, multi-family, office and mixed-use projects in growing markets. Additionally, we acquire real estate properties in select markets with Class A improvements and established tenancies.

 

BVT leverages its business acumen to generate consecutive transactions within the same sector. The intimate knowledge of product type and deal repetition creates economies of efficiency. Recurring income-producing properties and high-return development deals are preferred investments for BVT’s investors.

Development Partners

Our Success is based on long lasting and trusted partnerships with our development partners and a standardized and structured project selection and decision-making process. A management team with a track record of transaction experience and cooperation with experienced due diligence partners ensure that the investment process will save both costs and time. This process ideally takes a period of two to three months and entails the following steps:

  1. Initial contact/exchange of business plan
  2. Preliminary analysis
  3. Term sheet/letter of intent prepared
  4. Term sheet/letter of intent negotiated and signed
  5. Due diligence/detailed review
  6. Financing tender, if required
  7. Contract documents issued and discussed
  8. BVT investment decision
  9. Agreement signed
  10. Funding disbursed
