We partner with experienced developers to create high-quality retail, multi-family, office and mixed-use projects in growing markets. Additionally, we acquire real estate properties in select markets with Class A improvements and established tenancies.

BVT leverages its business acumen to generate consecutive transactions within the same sector. The intimate knowledge of product type and deal repetition creates economies of efficiency. Recurring income-producing properties and high-return development deals are preferred investments for BVT’s investors.
